MindManager 7 for Successful PMBOK-based Microsoft Project Schedules

The Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge Third Edition [PMBOK® Guide] is utilized by many organizations as a template for the development of their unique project schedules. PM Practice has developed a solution for the creation of customized Microsoft® Office Project-based schedules that utilizes the power to visualize complex relations using MindManager 7.

The MindManager 7 mapping tool guides the Project Management Team through the process of reviewing and revising as required a MindManager Map to create a customized PMBOK-based solution. This customized solution together with the organizations Standard Product / Service Management Life Cycle are combined and then Exported to Microsoft Office Project 2003 or 2007 as the basis for a detailed project schedule.
