The material in this workshop addresses enterprise-wide project planning and management based on Microsoft Office Project 2003 and it supporting technologies, Windows 2003 Server, including Windows SharePoint Services, SQL Server 2000, and Office System 2003.

Specifically: Business Analyst / Planner — the person with the overall responsibility of implementing the Microsoft EPM solution; furthermore, they are the person responsible for working with the stakeholders to define and document the Enterprise Standards.

For Business Analysts / Planners, the learning objectives are:

• Understanding how to translate the Enterprise Options into Enterprise Standards.
