Our PM courses have been developed and refined over 15 years and they enable the course participants to build meaningful project plans and reliable reports, providing measurable results.

Individuals have various levels in their project management and management skill set, some are very new and some may be more seasoned.  Therefore we realize people learn best by “doing and working” with their applicable projects and building upon a common language. The courses are further customized as we believe in the value of incorporating participant’s actual projects in the training.

Drawing upon our years of Project Management Experience for both public and private sectors domestically and internationally our facilitators will provide highly interactive and informative workshops. An overall presentation technique will be to involve the audience employing an "ask" versus "tell" approach.  The lead instructors I am excellent at engaging participants through the use of stories from his vast experience and his great sense of humor.

Building and Reviewing an Interactive Tool Box

As the course progress several tools are presented. We use the term “tools” liberally to refer to forms, techniques, habits and processes. Each tool will be documented and summarized at the end of each module.

Partner Teach

At the end of each module the participants will be asked to choose a tool from the tool box that they found most significant. In turn the participant explains or briefly teaches the tool to their partner.
