Our Project Management,
Microsoft Project, and Management Training are practical, values-based
training. The training is very interactive, providing opportunities for
all attendees to participate and learn as a class, in small groups, with
a partner, and on individual projects. We work hard to lessen the gap
between the class room and the application of the skills and tools in
the work place. This is accomplished through highly interactive session
and working with participants actual projects.
As a recognized Project Management Institute Registered Education
Provider, our courses are worth 1 PDU for every hour of training.
Included with our training fee is a pre-consult with the course
participants to clarify/determine the specific and measurable goals. At
the beginning of each class, the participant’s expectations are also
documented and each class customized further for the particular session.
Drawing upon our years of Project Management, Management, and Microsoft
Project experience for both public and private sectors, domestically and
internationally, our facilitators will provide highly interactive and
informative workshops. An overall presentation technique will be to
involve the audience employing an "ask" versus "tell" with a humorous
approach.
For your convenience our
courses will be held on site at your location. In order to provide an
interactive environment with opportunities for all to participate, we limit
our on site courses to a maximum of 25 participants. Each course has a
training fee of $2495 per day, plus course material kits per person, which
varies per course and may include: a laminated Quick Reference Guide,
PDF copy of the PowerPoint Training Slides,
The Project Management Playbook-It’s a Team Sport
book and
Project 2010 Project Management: Real World Skills for Certification and
Beyond (Exam 70-178), plus, email access to the instructor for questions post the course.

have a minimum of 15 participants, with a fee of $195 per person. Each
